Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the JonEnyu.com website (the "Service") operated by JonEnyu ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

1. Rental Services

JonEnyu.com provides premium car rental services. All rental agreements are subject to availability, verification of driver credentials, and acceptance of our rental policies. The specific terms of each rental, including pricing, duration, and vehicle specifications, will be detailed in the rental agreement provided at the time of reservation.

2. User Obligations

By using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration and rental process
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Possess a valid driver's license and meet the minimum age requirements for the vehicle category
• Use the rented vehicle in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Return the vehicle in the condition it was provided, subject to normal wear and tear
• Pay all fees, charges, and penalties associated with your rental
• Assume responsibility for all authorized drivers of the rental vehicle
• Report any accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately

3. Service Limitations

JonEnyu reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time
• Modify or discontinue the Service without notice
• Limit availability of specific vehicle models
• Implement geographic restrictions on vehicle usage
• Require additional security deposits or insurance coverage based on rental circumstances
• Cancel reservations in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations

We strive to ensure vehicle availability as reserved, but circumstances may require substitution with a comparable vehicle at our discretion.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of JonEnyu and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Russian Federation and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of JonEnyu.

All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and vehicle descriptions displayed on our website is protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our explicit permission.

5. Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JonEnyu, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Personal injury, property damage, or any other damages arising from your use of our vehicles
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or the like that may be transmitted through the Service
• Any errors or omissions in content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific rental transaction giving rise to the claim.

6. Insurance and Damages

All rentals include basic insurance coverage as required by law. Additional coverage options may be available for purchase. You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle not covered by the selected insurance policy. A detailed explanation of insurance coverage and your responsibilities will be provided in the rental agreement.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies vary based on vehicle category and rental duration. Early returns may not result in partial refunds. Late returns will incur additional charges as specified in the rental agreement. Failure to pick up a reserved vehicle without proper cancellation notice may result in partial or full charges.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If such negotiations fail, both parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. The arbitration shall take place in the city where JonEnyu maintains its principal place of business, and the language of arbitration shall be Russian.

You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
